Therapeutic Massage
This is a system of long strokes, kneading, and friction to release stress in the more superficial muscles.
Deep (sports) Massage
This modality focuses on the deeper muscles and connective tissue to
release stress patterns that cause pain. Deeper pressure is used
throughout the body as well as on problem areas. This will improve
range of motion and overall health.
Lymphatic Massage
Lymphatic massage addresses the lymphatic system, which is the fluid
system that flushes toxins. Lymphatic massage is a deeply relaxing
technique that gently pumps the lymph system by imitating the body's
way of moving the internal fluids. It is a hypnotic, non-oil, rhythmic
massage and is most effective for circulation, especially with any form
of edema. (swelling). It can be used for post-traumatic injury or
surgery to help speed up the healing time. It is helpful in treating
migraines, sinusitis, acne, tinnitus, and high blood pressure. Lymphatic
massage is a safe and non-invasive procedure and can be used in the
elderly. This form of massage is deeply calming to the nervous system.
Pregnancy Massage
A great gift for mothers to be, pregnancy massage emphasizes relaxation
for the shoulders and hips which carry the load in pregnancy. We also
offer doula services for delivery.
Hot Stone Therapy

Reflexology
Stimulates the body's vital energy points on the feet to help heal,
re-balance and rejuvenate the mind and body. Benefits may include
increased energy, clarity, peace of mind, reduced stress and pain, and
increased immune function. Shiatsu Shiatsu

THERAPY & CONSULTATIONS
Cranio-Sacral Therapy
A gentle therapy, that works directly with the skeletal structure,
fascia and nervous system. Cranio-sacral therapy relieves chronic pain
and illness, and restores balance to one of the body's most core
rhythms.
Healing Touch Therapy
Uses hands-on and energy-based techniques to balance and align the human energy field, thus
Re-activating the body, mind, and spirit to heal. Currently used in hospitals for pre- and post-surgical procedures.
Reiki Therapy Uses energy-based techniques to
help peel layers of emotional scar tissue, clearing lesions in the
energy field, and allowing physical healing to occur.
Ear Candling
An ear candle, sometimes called an ear cone, is a long hollow tube
tapered to a hand finished tip that fits comfortably into the outer ear
canal. The large end of the candle is lit and the smoke creates a
spiral down through the ear canal. The warmth of the smoke gently
dislodges foreign debris, softens old ear wax and helps evaporate excess
moisture.
Ear candling is a non-evasive, peaceful, relaxing, and pleasant
experience. It can help relieve earache pain and provide relief from
pressure in the sinuses by allowing the ear to naturally push out old
ear wax. Other potential benefits can include detoxifying the lymphatic
system and clearing the sinuses. More subtle changes may also occur on
an energy level, resulting in an overall improved sense of well-being.
Nutritional Counseling
We use a variety of tests and approaches to assist in nutritional
balance. A full analysis of PH balance, organ health and personal
history is gathered to create a personalized health plan. This is a
simple, but complete approach for those suffering from IBS, Chronic
Fatigue, or any auto immune dysfunction, including food allergies.
Nutritional Consultation: $150.00 (10% discount on all supplements with appointment)
Ionic Foot Baths A
gentle but effective approach to detoxing the entire body. Soak your
feet in warm salt water while an ionic current stimulates your meridian
system to begin the detox process. Toxins will be released
through feet and your lymphatic system . The process will
continue through out the day.
Doula Services
We understand that birth is a sacred event in a family's life and our
dedication to this service reflects that. Our objective is to support
the mother in both the physical and emotional needs of labor. Please
call for more info. (Sliding fee)
Cupping
This is a method of stimulating Acupuncture points by applying suction
through a metal, wood, or glass jar, in which a partial vacuum has bee
created. This technique produces blood congestion at the site and
therefore stimulates it. Cupping is used for low backache, sprains,
soft tissue injuries, and helping relieve fluid from the lungs in
chronic bronchitis.
Moxibustion
The treatment of diseases by applying heat to Acupuncture points.
Acupuncture and Moxibustion are considered complimentary forms of
treatment, and are commonly used together. Moxibustion is used for
ailments such as bronchial asthma, bronchitis, certain types of
paralysis, and arthritic disorders.
Acupressure
This is simply Acupuncture without needles. Stimulation of the
Acupuncture points is performed with the fingers or an instrument with
a hard ball shaped head. Another variation of Acupressure is
Reflexology (also called Zone Therapy). This is where the soles of the
feet and the posterior-inferior regions of the ankle joints are
stimulated.
